"Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain.”

Vivian Greene

Therapy is a source of support and nurture, offering a space to be heard, listened to and explore our thoughts, fears, hopes, emotional responses and any personal challenges. It helps us feel more confident, good about ourselves, motivated and live life fuller.

It takes courage and resilience to seek professional help  and as therapist, I am honoured to be part of your journey to deeper healing. As an integrative therapist and EMDR practitioner, I work creatively using a variety of counselling approaches, hypnotherapy and mindfulness, helping you navigate difficult thoughts and emotions, as you explore your own unique values and heal your relationships.
